# Dynamics 365 Customer Service Connector Guide

> Connect Go Autonomous to your Dynamics 365 Customer Service environment.

## Part A — Install the package

  <Step title="Find the package on AppSource">
    Navigate to the [Go Autonomous package on AppSource](https://appsource.microsoft.com) and click **Get it now**.

  <Step title="Choose your environment">
    Select the environment you want to install the package into and confirm.

## Part B — Grant consent to the Go Autonomous app

<Steps>
  <Step title="Log in to Go Autonomous">
    Navigate to [my.goautonomous.io](https://my.goautonomous.io). If not already logged in, press **Login with Microsoft** and enter your organisation's Microsoft credentials. You will need administrative permissions in Go Autonomous — if you don't have them, reach out to your Engagement Manager.

  <Step title="Open Connectors">
    Navigate to **Company Settings > Connectors**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add the Customer Service connector">
    Under **Add connection**, select the **Customer Service** connector.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure the connection">
    Enter a name for the connected Dynamics environment (e.g., Sandbox, QA, Production) and the URL of the relevant environment. Press **Create Connection**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Grant access">
    You will be prompted to grant access to the Go Autonomous Dynamics Customer Service app using your Microsoft account. Select **Accept**. You will be redirected to a **Consent granted!** confirmation screen.

## Part C — Assign S2S profile to the Go Autonomous app

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Power Platform Admin Center">
    Navigate to the [Microsoft Power Platform Admin Center](https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select your environment">
    Click **Environments** in the left navigation and select the environment you connected to Go Autonomous in Part B.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open S2S apps">
    In the right pane, select **See all** under **S2S apps**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a new app user">
    In the top bar, press **New app user**, then click **Add an app**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select the Go Autonomous app">
    Search for and select **Go Autonomous Dynamics Customer Service Connector**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign a business unit and security role">
    Select a business unit, then click the **Edit** button beside **Security roles**. Locate and select the **Go Autonomous API** security role.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm and create">
    Verify the S2S app user details:

    * **App:** Go Autonomous Dynamics Customer Service Connector
    * **Business unit:** your environment (e.g., org8dc4f998)
    * **Security roles:** Go Autonomous API

    Click **Create** to finish.
