# Notifications

> Stay informed about assignments, mentions, and collaboration updates with in-app notifications.

## Overview

Go Autonomous sends notifications when events happen that need your attention — like being assigned a request, mentioned in a collaboration thread, or receiving a reply to a comment. Notifications appear via the bell icon in the top navigation bar.

## View notifications

Click the **notification bell** in the navigation bar to open the notifications drawer. New unread notifications are indicated by a visual marker on the bell icon.

The notification list shows each event with:

* **Icon** — indicating the notification type (assignment, mention, reply, etc.).
* **Description** — a summary of what happened and who triggered it.
* **Timestamp** — when the event occurred.

## Notification types

| Type | Triggered when... |
| -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Mail assigned** | A request is assigned to you in Workstation. |
| **Tagged in conversation** | Someone @mentions you in a collaboration thread. |
| **Reply to conversation** | Someone replies to a collaboration thread you're part of. |

## Navigate to the source

Click any notification to navigate directly to the relevant request in Flow. If the notification is about a [collaboration](/knowledge-base/flow/collaborations), it opens the specific thread and comment so you can respond immediately.

Clicking a notification also marks it as read automatically.

## Mark all as read

Click the **Mark all as read** control at the top of the notifications drawer to clear all unread indicators at once.

## What's next

* [Collaborations in Flow](/knowledge-base/flow/collaborations) for working with threads and comments.
* [Manage requests in Workstation](/knowledge-base/workstation/manage-requests) for handling assigned work.
