# Manage requests

> View, search, filter, and assign customer requests in Workstation.

## Overview

Workstation gives you a centralized view of all incoming customer requests. You can search, filter by date, and assign requests to team members — making it easy to stay on top of your workload.

## Search for a request

Use the search bar in the top-right corner to find a specific request by subject line or confirmation number. Start typing and results update in real time.

<Tip>
  If you know a customer's confirmation number, searching by that is the fastest way to find a specific request.

## Filter by date

Click the date picker in the top-left corner to filter requests by time period. You can select preset ranges like **Last month** or define a custom date range. This is useful when you need to focus on recent requests or look back at a specific period.

## Assign a request

Each request can be assigned to a specific team member. The **Assigned to** column shows the current assignment.

To assign or reassign a request, open it in Flow and use the **Owner** dropdown in the top bar.

Assignments help your team coordinate — everyone can see who's responsible for each request without opening it.

## Change the page size

By default, Workstation displays 25 requests per page. You can adjust this using the **Rows per page** dropdown at the bottom of the table. Navigation arrows let you move between pages.

## Open a request in Flow

Click anywhere on a request row to open it in [Flow](/knowledge-base/flow/overview). The request opens in a new browser tab, so you can work on it without losing your place in Workstation.
