Overview

The Audit Trail provides a detailed record of every significant action taken in your Go Autonomous environment. They help you answer questions like “who changed this setting?” or “when was this user added?” — useful for troubleshooting, compliance, and keeping track of configuration changes.
Accessing Audit Trail

The Audit Trail page

Navigate to Administration > Company Settings > Audit Trail to access the log viewer. The page shows a paginated list of events with:
  • Timestamp — when the action occurred.
  • User — who performed the action.
  • Action — what was done (e.g., created, updated, deleted).
  • Summary — what was affected (e.g., a user, connector, or area).

Filter the Audit Trail

Use the filter controls at the top of the page to narrow down the events you see. Available filters include:
  • Date range — view events from a specific time period.
  • Space — filter by the space the action was performed in (e.g., Reference Data, API Keys, Connectors, User Groups, Areas).
  • Action type — show only specific types of actions.
Filters can be combined to find exactly what you need.

Jump in from a specific page

Several Company Settings pages have their own audit trail shortcut so you don’t have to navigate to the Audit Trail and filter manually. Look for a ⋮ menu (or an Audit trail button) in the page’s toolbar — clicking it opens the same drawer experience pre-filtered to that page’s space.
  • Reference Data — track uploads, edits, and deletions across your reference data files.
  • API keys — track key creation and revocation.
These shortcuts show the same underlying data as this page, just scoped and pre-filtered for convenience.

View event details

Click any event row to open a detail view with the full context of what happened, including before and after values for changes.

Export the Audit Trail

Click the Export button to download your Audit Trail data as a CSV file. The export respects any active filters, so you can export exactly the subset of events you need.
