Overview
Autonomous Mode is the execution layer that makes your revenue flow faster by eliminating manual bottlenecks. After monitoring your analytics, you can configure autonomous rules to capture commercial intent from any channel, understand it, and turn it into a structured, revenue-generating transaction in real-time — without human intervention. What is Autonomous Mode?
When Autonomous Mode is enabled for a request type, Go Autonomous doesn’t just extract data — it also confirms and sends the request to your connected systems without waiting for a human to review it. The request flows from inbox to ERP (or CRM, or other integration) without manual intervention. When it is disabled, requests are processed as usual (classified, data extracted) but stop at the Ready for review stage in Workstation, waiting for a team member to open them in Flow and manually confirm.Automation levels
- Manual (no automation)
- Autonomous processing
Every request requires manual review. The AI extracts data and classifies the intent, but nothing is sent to external systems until a team member confirms in Flow. This is the default for new setups and the safest option while you’re building confidence in the platform’s accuracy.
How it works
When a request arrives, Go Autonomous evaluates it against your automation rules:- The AI classifies the intent and extracts data as usual.
- The platform checks whether the request meets your automation criteria — confidence score, data completeness, and any custom rules.
- If all criteria are met, the request is confirmed automatically and sent to your connected system. It appears in Workstation with a Confirmed status and an indicator that it was processed autonomously.
- If any criteria aren’t met, the request is held for manual review in the Ready for review state.
When to enable Autonomous Mode
Autonomous Mode works best when:- Your product catalog is well-maintained and complete.
- Your intent classifications in Axon are accurate and well-trained.
- You’ve processed enough requests manually to build confidence in the extraction quality.
- You’ve configured your field settings thoroughly in the Fields Manager.
