Overview
Go Autonomous sends notifications when events happen that need your attention — like being assigned a request, mentioned in a collaboration thread, or receiving a reply to a comment. Notifications appear via the bell icon in the top navigation bar.View notifications
Click the notification bell in the navigation bar to open the notifications drawer. New unread notifications are indicated by a visual marker on the bell icon. The notification list shows each event with:- Icon — indicating the notification type (assignment, mention, reply, etc.).
- Description — a summary of what happened and who triggered it.
- Timestamp — when the event occurred.
Notification types
| Type | Triggered when… |
|---|---|
| Mail assigned | A request is assigned to you in Workstation. |
| Tagged in conversation | Someone @mentions you in a collaboration thread. |
| Reply to conversation | Someone replies to a collaboration thread you’re part of. |
Navigate to the source
Click any notification to navigate directly to the relevant request in Flow. If the notification is about a collaboration, it opens the specific thread and comment so you can respond immediately. Clicking a notification also marks it as read automatically.Mark all as read
Click the Mark all as read control at the top of the notifications drawer to clear all unread indicators at once.What’s next
