Decision Analytics

The intelligence layer that transforms your unstructured B2B data into a strategic asset — surfacing hidden demand and giving you the tools to safely scale AI.

Overview

Decision Analytics is Go Autonomous’s intelligence layer, built to solve two challenges that stand in the way of becoming an autonomous enterprise. Challenge 1 — Valuable commercial data is lost every day. Think of quotes that are never entered into your ERP because a product is out of stock. That’s real market demand that simply disappears. Without a way to capture and analyse this unstructured data, critical revenue opportunities go unseen. Challenge 2 — It’s hard to implement AI when you don’t understand the decisions it will make. Scaling automation without visibility into AI behaviour introduces risk. Before committing to autonomous processing at scale, you need confidence that the decisions being made are correct. Decision Analytics addresses both.

What Decision Analytics does

Unlock hidden market demand

Decision Analytics transforms your unstructured B2B data into a strategic asset. It gives you an X-ray of market demand — surfacing opportunities buried in quotes, requests, and interactions that never made it into your core systems. This lets you drive topline growth from signals that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Monitor and assess AI decisions

Before AI decisions are executed at scale, Decision Analytics gives you the tools to monitor and assess their correctness. You can review what the AI would do, understand why, and validate its judgement before it runs autonomously — so you can derisk your transformation with evidence rather than assumption.

Compare human and digital labour

Decision Analytics allows you to compare the cost and quality of human-handled requests versus autonomously processed ones. This gives you the intelligence to make informed decisions about where to expand automation and where to keep humans in the loop.

How it connects to the rest of the platform

Decision Analytics doesn’t sit in isolation — its insights feed directly into the rest of Go Autonomous:
  • Pulse — use Decision Analytics insights to identify which additional request types are ready to be taken autonomous, such as order adjustments or price inquiries, and build the rules to handle them in Pulse.
  • Workstation — understand where requests are getting stuck and where autonomous processing is already working well.
