Overview
The Go Autonomous Salesforce connector integrates your Salesforce instance with the Go Autonomous platform, enabling seamless order and quote processing directly from Salesforce cases.
The setup consists of three parts:
- Part A — Install the Go Autonomous app in Salesforce
- Part B — Set up the layout of the Salesforce page
- Part C — Configure the connected app via the Go Autonomous platform
Before you start
You will need Salesforce administrator rights and Go Autonomous admin rights to complete this setup.
