Enable case management
Activate the Enrich Case and/or Create Case API calls by installing the Salesforce connector as outlined in the Salesforce Connector Guide.
Embed the Salesforce interface
Set up the iframe canvas to embed the Go Autonomous interface inside Salesforce, also covered in the Salesforce Connector Guide.
