This page is currently being uplifted — not all organizational settings are described here yet. Settings changes can take up to 15 minutes to take effect due to caching.
Organizational Settings let administrators configure platform-wide behaviour across Flow, product resolution, and mail processing. Each setting is a toggle, and some include additional sub-parameters that appear when the setting is enabled.
To access Organizational Settings, go to Administration and select Settings under Company Settings.
Flow
Auto-Assign Requests — Automatically assign the request to the first user who opens the email.
Additional confirmation for warnings — Requires users to provide an additional confirmation when warnings are present on a request.
Enable Replies on Request Confirmation — Allow Go Autonomous to reply directly to the sender once a request is confirmed in Flow. To customise the reply message template, contact your Go Autonomous Engagement Manager.
Override Reply Email Address — Route all automated replies to a specific email address instead of the original sender upon confirmation in Flow. Ideal for testing email functionalities.
Require simulation before confirmation — Prevent users from confirming a document until they run a simulation to validate their manual changes.
Products
Consolidate Duplicate Products — Consolidate identical products mentioned multiple times across different sources. This merges them into a single item in the product cart.
Prioritize Customer Catalog — If multiple product numbers are found in a single product line, default to the customer’s number if it matches exactly. If this setting is off, all options are selectable to the user in Copilot.
Strict Product Number Match — Only validate products that are a 100% exact match. If disabled, close product number matches may be suggested as potential products.
Enable Product Name Matching — Attempt to find an exact or similar match using the product name if a product number cannot be matched.
Cross-Match Product Names to Product Numbers — Compare captured names directly against catalog numbers if your product numbers look like product names.
Limit Suggestions to High-Quality Product Matches — Display only highly relevant product suggestions instead of all possible alternatives when an exact match isn’t found.
Highlight products not in catalog — Flag products in the request that cannot be found in your product catalog.
Bypass Validation on Manual Entry — Skip the product catalog validation check when a user manually types in a product number.
Enable Fuzzy Product Name Search — Allow the system to suggest alternative products using partial or similar name matches when an exact match isn’t found.
Maximum Suggested Alternatives — Set the maximum number of suggested alternatives to display when an exact match isn’t found.
Suggest Unvalidated Products — Show a captured product as an alternative selection in Copilot if it isn’t in the catalog. Manual selection will bypass standard validation.
Ignore Spaces in Product Numbers — Automatically remove all spaces from the captured product number before checking for an exact match.
Mail Processing
Ignore email body when there are attachments — Ignore product information in the email body if the request contains attachments.
Reject Decimal Quantities — Reject captured quantities that include decimals or fractions during initial mail processing. Manual edits, extraction menu tagging, and column labeling will bypass this check.
Enforce Maximum Quantity — Reject captured product quantities that exceed a specified limit during initial email processing. This validation does not apply to manual updates, extraction menu tagging, or column labeling.
Clean Up Zero-Quantity Lines — Automatically delete product lines with zero or missing quantities. This occurs provided there is at least one valid line in the cart with a quantity greater than zero.
Reject Zero Quantities — Automatically reject validation for any product line where the captured quantity is exactly zero.
Deduplicate Shared Emails — Merge identical emails sent to multiple connected inboxes into a single entry in Flow. Links from your inbox (e.g., “Navigate to Flow”) or Salesforce iFrame will automatically route to this unified request.
Advanced Gen AI — Have Go Autonomous’ AI leave a direct comment on the request next to any shipping details that are automatically excluded from the product cart.
Enable AI Address Auto-Selection — Use Generative AI to always automatically determine a delivery address or create a one-time ship-to, bypassing the address selection tile entirely.
