Overview
While most requests arrive automatically via email, you can also manually upload documents directly into Workstation. This is useful when you receive orders through channels other than email — such as physical documents, fax, or files shared through other systems.
Upload a document
Open Workstation
Navigate to Workstation from the app switcher (the grid icon in the top-right corner).
Click Upload
Click the Upload button in the top-right area of the Workstation view.
Select your file
Choose the document you want to upload. Supported formats include PDF, Excel, and image files.
Wait for processing
Go Autonomous processes the uploaded document the same way it handles email attachments — classifying the intent and extracting data automatically. The new request appears in your request list once processing completes.
Uploaded documents go through the same AI classification and extraction pipeline as emailed requests. The identified intent, extracted products, and account details are populated automatically.
Download request data
To export request data for reporting, analysis, or integration with external tools:
Set your date filter
Use the date picker to select the time period you want to export.
Click Download request data
Click the Download request data button in the top-right area. The platform generates and downloads a file containing the request data for the selected period.
