Overview

Flow gives you a number of ways to handle delivery addresses, whether the customer’s order contains a clear address reference or not. The Copilot delivery tile works together with the extraction menu to let you quickly choose between a suggested business partner address and a one-time delivery — with AI doing the heavy lifting.

The Copilot delivery tile

The Copilot tile for delivery addresses has two tabs:
  • Suggestions — a list of business partner addresses from your ERP that match the request. The AI ranks these by proximity to any address information found in the document.
  • One-time delivery — a form for entering a delivery address that isn’t registered in your ERP.
You can toggle between the two tabs depending on whether the delivery is going to a known business partner location or a new address.

Using the extraction menu to trigger the AI

The extraction menu is the fastest way to handle delivery addresses when no address — or an ambiguous address — is extracted from the document.

When no address is extracted

If the document references an address but none was extracted automatically:
  1. Highlight the address text in the document.
  2. Press Address Delivery in the extraction menu.
  3. Go Autonomous runs an agent that searches the available business partner addresses and determines whether the highlighted address should be:
    • A suggested address to select from (shown under the Suggestions tab), or
    • Automatically parsed into the one-time delivery form fields.

When an address is extracted but proximity is low

If an address was extracted but the AI’s confidence is low (low proximity score), you can use the extraction menu to trigger a one-time delivery parse instead:
  1. Press One-time delivery in the extraction menu.
  2. The agent takes the extracted address and automatically fills in the one-time delivery form fields — splitting the address into street, city, postal code, country, and any other required fields.
You can also use Google Maps search within the one-time delivery form to find and auto-fill an address. The result is parsed into the correct fields based on your configuration rules.

Required fields for one-time delivery

Certain fields may be marked as mandatory specifically when a one-time delivery is selected — for example, Company Name. These fields are only required for one-time deliveries; they are not mandatory if you select a business partner address instead. If a required field is missing, Flow will prompt you to complete it before you can add the address.

What the summary shows

Once a delivery address is confirmed, the Summary panel reflects your selection:
  • Business partner address selected — the summary shows which business partner address was chosen and highlights the document reference used to find it. The one-time delivery fields are hidden.
  • One-time delivery added — the summary shows “One-time delivery” along with all the relevant address fields. The business partner address field is hidden.
This keeps the Summary clean: only the relevant fields for the chosen delivery type are shown.

Changing or correcting a delivery address

If you need to reverse or adjust your selection:
  • Edit directly — click the address in the summary to edit it in place.
  • Adjust selection — switch back to the Suggestions tab to choose a different business partner address if you selected a one-time delivery by mistake.
  • Switch delivery type — go back to the Copilot tile and toggle between Suggestions and One-time delivery at any point before confirming.
